Omnitrace - Poor follow-through
I called today 5/23/17 for an update of my paid request. The receptionist said it was sent on 5/18/17.
I had not received it , gave my emai address again and requested a re-send. She said she would re-send reight away. Upon waiting a few hours I had not received the report and call a 2nd time with no response. I suppose the office closed by 1pmCT in Chicago.
This is poor follow-through from OmniTrace.
100 words are not necessary when the issue can be explained in feweer words. Though its the beginning of the holiday weekend, it would not have taken only a few seconds to forward a resend to me.
Reason of review: have not seen report. the agent I spoke too assured me I could contact her with any issues. Always out of office..
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
